By accessing or using Buoyant's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Description of Services
Buoyant provides AI-assisted proposal generation and knowledge management tools for engineering and consulting firms, including environmental, civil, structural, geotechnical, water, and transportation practices. Our services include document analysis, knowledge bank management, and proposal generation functionality.
Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data and documents you upload to Buoyant. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We will not use your data for any other purpose, including training AI models.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Buoyant's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Intellectual Property
Buoyant's platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Buoyant provides its services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all proposals and documents generated by the platform before submission.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide you with an opportunity to export your data. After the export period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
